Return & Exchange Policy – Boshara Perfumes

At Boshara Perfumes, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are
committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return and
exchange experience under the following terms :

Return & Exchange Period

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the
  purchase date.

Eligibility Conditions

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original
  packaging.
• You must present the original invoice (for in-store purchases) or
  the shipping waybill (for online orders).

Tester Policy (Online Orders)

• A free tester is included with every fragrance order to allow
  customers to try the product before opening the main bottle.

Important: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the main
fragrance bottle has been opened.

Return & Exchange Procedure

• In-store Purchases: Visit any Boshara Perfumes branch with the
  original invoice.
• Online Orders Returned In-store: Present the shipping waybill.
• Once eligibility is verified, we will process your request promptly
  and efficiently.
