Conditions of Returns
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and maintained in its original packaging condition.
- For online orders, a free tester is provided to try the scent; the main bottle must remain sealed to remain eligible for return.
- You must present the original invoice or the shipping waybill to process any return or exchange request.
- Requests can be handled through Boshara Perfumes branches or by contacting our online support team.
