Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• The product must be unopened, unused, and maintained in its original packaging condition.

• For online orders, a free tester is provided to try the scent; the main bottle must remain sealed to remain eligible for return.

• You must present the original invoice or the shipping waybill to process any return or exchange request.
